Restorative yoga involves only four to six poses supported by props that allow you to relax and rest completely. Held for five minutes or more restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. The teachings of B.K.S Iyengar inspire most restorative practices. Reiki, an ancient energy healing modality, is often offered during this class. Suitable for all bodies and all levels of practitioners, including beginners. 

Vinyasa Flow is a Vinyasa-style practice that incorporates a creative and steady flowing sequence of poses. Classes are all accompanied by music. Our teachers richly infuse their classes with both challenges and rest, detailed alignment, meditation, and spiritual inspiration for us all to take off the mat. Come as you are, all bodies are welcome and this practice is accessible to all levels.
