*Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

 

*Signing up for class ahead of time is highly encouraged. Please sign up for your first class through the booking tab to register in our system. Once registered, you can then download the WellnessLiving Achieve app in the app store for all future bookings. Walk-in space is not guaranteed, and if no one is signed up for class two hours prior, class is canceled to respect our teacher's time.

*Parking*


During the "high season," arrive early to find parking. There is a 2-hour parking lot located behind the building next to the Backyard Cafe, aka "Jacobs Lot." Another option would be the "lower lot," which is a less than 5-minute walk from the studio. Feel free to reach out to us if you need some Ogunquit parking guidance; we are happy to help.

*Avoid eating right before class and come hydrated. 
 
*New students should arrive at least 10 minutes early to get acclimated to our space. 

*Signing up ahead of time using the WellnessLiving Achieve app or on our website is highly encouraged.


*Cell phones are to be turned off and away from your mat. 
 
*Expect to sweat. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.

*You should be arriving to class hydrated but bring a water bottle.
 
Come as you are, have fun and allow time for your practice to develop. We are here to help support you along your journey without any judgment, only love and good vibes.
